We are focused on dominating the aftermarket enclosure market.
With your drive, skills, and diligence, you can grow with our exciting business from the ground floor up.
Please note this position will work (4) 10 hour shifts per week (Mon-Thursday).
Job Duties Lead cross-functional teams in the development and timeline of new products for the material handling industry.
Assist in implementing a new company project management system Assure that each project has a complete project plan with a full action list Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to a deadline, and allocating resources Monitor what is ahead of schedule, behind schedule, which projects are moving, what areas are facing challenges, and mitigate constraints.
Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed Direct product teams from the conceptual phase through product launch and own each product for its entire life cycle.
Coordinate all product phases:
engineering, prototype, samples, production, marketing, quality, and launch.
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time Setup new components and build BOMs within Netsuite Requirements Bachelor's in Project Management or related field is preferred.

years of Project Management experience.
Material handling industry experience is preferred.
Qualified candidates will have a strong operations background, high-level technical/mechanical acumen, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
Must possess several years of management/leadership experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with Netsuite or a related ERP system.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and ability to make important decisions under pressure.
Ability to balance multiple projects with the ability to re-prioritize as required, while managing projects within a defined budget and timeline.
Strong time management and analytical skills are critical.
Highly motivated, self-directed individual.
